Hecke operators on differential modular forms mod p

    Get PDF
A description is given of all primitive differential series mod p of order 1 which are eigenvectors of all the Hecke operators and which are differential Fourier expansions of differential modular forms of arbitrary order and given weight; this set of differential series is shown to be in a natural one-to-one correspondence with the set of series mod p (of order 0) which are eigenvectors of all the Hecke operators and which are Fourier expansions of (classical) modular forms of appropriate weight

The ring of differential Fourier expansions

For a fixed prime we prove structure theorems for the kernel and the image of the map that attaches to any differential modular function its differential Fourier expansion. The image of this map, which is the ring of differential Fourier expansions, plays the role of ring of functions on a "differential Igusa curve". Our constructions are then used to perform an analytic continuation between isogeny covariant differential modular forms on the differential Igusa curves belonging to different primes

    Differential overconvergence

We prove that some of the basic differential functions appearing in the (unramified) theory of arithmetic differential equations, especially some of the basic differential modular forms in that theory, arise from a "ramified situation". This property can be viewed as a special kind of overconvergence property. One can also go in the opposite direction by using differential functions that arise in a ramified situation to construct "new" (unramified) differential functions

Anisotropic cosmological models with spinor and scalar fields and viscous fluid in presence of a Λ\Lambda term: qualitative solutions

The study of a self-consistent system of interacting spinor and scalar fields within the scope of a Bianchi type I (BI) gravitational field in presence of a viscous fluid and Λ\Lambda term has been carried out. The system of equations defining the evolution of the volume scale of BI universe, energy density and corresponding Hubble constant has been derived. The system in question has been thoroughly studied qualitatively. Corresponding solutions are graphically illustrated. The system in question is also studied from the view point of blow up. It has been shown that the blow up takes place only in presence of viscosity.Comment: 18 pages, 14 figures, 12 Tables, section "Basic equations" has been rewritte

Nonlinear Spinor Fields and its role in Cosmology

Different characteristic of matter influencing the evolution of the Universe has been simulated by means of a nonlinear spinor field. Exploiting the spinor description of perfect fluid and dark energy evolution of the Universe given by an anisotropic Bianchi type-VI, VI0_0, V, III, I or isotropic Friedmann-Robertson-Walker (FRW) one has been studied. It is shown that due to some restrictions on metric functions, initial anisotropy in the models Bianchi type-VI, VI0_0, V and III does not die away, while the anisotropic Bianchi type-I models evolves into the isotropic one.Comment: 22 pages, 12 Figure

Nonequilibrium Work distributions for a trapped Brownian particle in a time dependent magnetic field

    Get PDF
We study the dynamics of a trapped, charged Brownian particle in presence of a time dependent magnetic field. We calculate work distributions for different time dependent protocols. In our problem thermodynamic work is related to variation of vector potential with time as opposed to the earlier studies where the work is related to time variation of the potentials which depends only on the coordinates of the particle. Using Jarzynski identity and Crook's equality we show that the free energy of the particle is independent of the magnetic field, thus complementing the Bohr-van Leeuwen theorem. We also show that our system exhibits a parametric resonance in certain parameter space.Comment: 4 pages and 5 figure

String cosmological model in the presence of a magnetic flux

A Bianchi type I string cosmological model in the presence of a magnetic flux is investigated. A few plausible assumptions regarding the parametrization of the cosmic string and magneto-fluid are introduced and some exact analytical solutions are presented.Comment: 9 pages, 4 Figure
